Located in a hundred year old warehouse building in historic Stillwater, Minnesota, Alfresco was established in 2002. Owner Meg Brownson has combined her liberal arts and Culinary Institute of America background, with her love of quality, colorful and functional products. Meg spends hours and hours scouring manufacturers and wholesalers all over the US.
As a busy wife and mom to 3 active boys � Meg understands that women are busier than ever, and they don�t have time to shop like they used to. Her online store is an extension of her bricks and mortar store on Main Street, in this busy and beautiful river town, 20 miles outside of the Minneapolis/St.Paul area. Hello Lauren.

We do our best to stock all of the products that we show online. Most orders will ship within 3 business days. Oversize items may ship directly from the vendor and may take a little longer. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

Oversize items that ship directly from the vendor are considered special order items, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned. This includes all rugs that are larger than 4�6 X 6�6, and most bedding. We suggest you order a sham or a rug sample before placing your entire order to make sure it will work for you. Please call us first before returning any product for a return authorization. Shipping fees are not refundable. Any returns must have original tags and packaging, and be in resale condition. If you are unsure of any purchase, please call us or email us with questions before you make your purchase. Our goal is for all of our customers to be very happy with their purchases.
There are many products in our store that are not offered online. If you shop in our store, please call or email to inquire if you do not see the product online. We carry Maine Cottage Furniture, Anthousa Home Fragrance, Mariposa, and the entire Pine Cone Hill line, to name a few. We are happy to ship these products anywhere in the continental USA when possible. Furniture orders will need a freight quote.
